Role description: As a Customer Support specialist you will manage interaction with users of a system platform requesting functional and basic technical support. Spotery is a new online marketplace for searching and booking facilities for activities. As a technology startup, we are looking for a team that can be part of the growth of our company.   • Monitor and update support requests using an issue tracking tool
  • Manage communication with end users related to submitted requests
  • Report bugs to the development team
  • Provide feedback to the development team regarding a specific bug or request
  • Keep track of schedule and new features when new product releases are deployed to production


  • Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree
  • Must be proficient in both Spanish and English, in oral and written communications
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Be a US citizen or legal resident
  • Be a current resident of the San Juan or Guaynabo municipalities
