Oversee the management and implementation of IT project, prepare a work plan to ensure coordination of all activities of programs.  Organize and monitor project activities; contract external providers and resources; maintain communication with external resources; and provide frequent and regular feedback to other team members.


  • Master’s Degree in Education, Business Administration or related field
  • PMI Certification


  • +5 years of experience in the public-school system, school administration experience preferred

 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Fully bilingual is a must
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Superior language skills in Spanish and good communication skills in English
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and as a member of a team
  • Ability to perform detailed review of written materials
  • Ability to organize and plan work effectively
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to operate a PC and common office equipment
  • Ability to travel within Puerto Rico
